Practice lateral service. # 10: Own and accept personal responsibility for resolving problems. Each employee is empowered and responsible to take the action necessary to follow through until each problem is resolved. # 11: Maintain uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings and grounds. # 12: Respect the privacy of residents. We are guests in their homes. # 13: Greet others, do not wait for them to greet you first. Be aware of all emergency procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately. # 19: Protect confidentiality of information. # 20: Carefully use resources and conserve energy, recycle and properly maintain buildings and grounds. # 21: Serve as an ambassador for PHS at work and in the community. # 22: Maintain a positive attitude for the benefit of everyone. Create enjoyment and fun. # 23: Avoid thinking and saying, Its not my job. Our job is to serve others, whatever it takes. |
